- ½ kg of carrots
- 3-4 spoons of honey
First, cut the carrots into pieces and pour some water over them. Bring the water to boil and cook until the carrots soften. Then, remove the pot from heat and mash the carrots by using a fork or blender.
Don’t dispose of the water in which the carrots have been boiled. You can re-use it when it gets colder. Add the honey into it and mix with the mashed carrots.
Note: Keep the syrup in a cold room.
