How it Works
Jin Shin Jyutsu’s philosophy is well known to those who use their fingers to connect with a certain organ and a certain emotion. You actually have to grab your finger with the other hand if you want to affect an organ. Squeeze that finger for 3 to 5 minutes and make sure you take deep breaths while doing this. Eventually, by massaging each finger on your hand, you can attain the perfect harmony in your body.

The middle finger is connected with the gall bladder and the liver. Out of the emotions it is related to anger and indecisiveness.
