- 8 garlic cloves
- 200 ml of apple cider vinegar
- 200 ml of honey
Mash or blend the garlic cloves and then add the honey and apple cider vinegar and blend for 15 seconds at high speed. Then, transfer the content into a glass jar, close it, and store in the fridge for 5 days. Stir them during this period. After 5 days, the syrup is ready for consumption.
