According to a research, people smoking for more than 5 years are usually suffering from bronchitis and cough, but this recipe can clean your lungs and relieve any kind of problems. Here’s how to prepare it:
400 gr. of onions (chopped)
400 gr. of brown sugar
1 small piece of ginger root (chopped)
1 l. of water
2 teaspoons of turmeric
Put the water and sugar in a larger pot and cook until the mixture boils. Add the onions and ginger root and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the turmeric and some more grated ginger. When the mixture boils again, take it off the heat and let it cool down on room temperature. Finally, pour it into a container and keep it in the fridge.
Drink a glass of the mixture twice a day – in the morning before breakfast and 2 hours after dinner. For best results, exercise regularly while on the treatment. We also suggest taking a hot bath for 20 minutes every day in order to flush out the toxins easier. Inhaling eucalyptus oil can help as well.
